Trip 408: Caving in Rouiss Cave

One of the activities that can be done with all the weather conditions is Caving.

The Footprints Nature Club would like to invite you to join us exploring this Sunday 24 December 2017 the second largest cave in Lebanon after the Jeita Cave:

Caving in Rouis Cave - Jbeil

The beauty of the cave is designed not by a human artist, but by water. Stalactites and Stalagmites are formed all over our way in the cave giving a natural beauty that is really indescribable.

Who can do it? All of you hikers who are not claustrophobic (afraid of closed places) or Achluophobic (afraid of darkness) will enjoy this activity and totally new experience to the max. It will not be difficult as it is an amateur exploration.

Our exploration will be of Medium Level 6/10 – around 3 hours...
