Trip 351: Hiking between the Apple Trees from Hasroun to Arz


The Footprints Nature Club would like to invite this Sunday 02 October 2016 for an LMT (Lebanon Mountain Trail) trip that will be:

Hiking from Hasroun Village to Arz (Cedars) Forest

We will start at an altitude of around 1800 meters in Hasroun village and head towards the famous Arz (Cedars) Forest, passing above the highest village in Lebanon BekaaKafra, and the villages of Bkarkasha and Bazoun.

All of our trip will be on dirt roads to end in the Cedars Forest.

On our way we will have splendid natural views, and we will enjoy the views of the Cedars trees in the forest. That is not all, on our way also, we will pass thru several apples fields since the area is very famous with its apples.

The hike will be of an Easy to Medium level with some difficulty due to the long trail (6 to 7/10): overall distance of around 11 KMs. It shall take around 4 hours. This level starts walking from Hasroun and ends in Cedars Forest

For those who like to do a Hard Level trip in the same region, please check the details of the Extreme Level Trip that we are organizing this Sunday in the same region.

For those who want to enter to the Cedars Forest, an extra 5,000 LBP shall be paid as entrance fees.

 

 

رحلتنا لهذا الأحد 02 تشرين الأول 2016، ستكون على احدى اقسام درب الجبل اللبناني في واحدة من أجمل المناطق اللبنانية وتحديداً:

مشي في الطبيعة من بلدة حصرون الى غابة الارز

 

رحلتنا ستكون في منطقة ذات المناخ والطبيعة الرائعة، بالإضافة الى العديد من حقول التفاح الموزعة على الدرب.

مستوى الرحلة سيكون مستوى سهل الى متوسط مع بعض الصعوبة نظراً لطول الدرب: حوالي 11 كلم، وبوقت حوالي اربع ساعات. الرحلة ستبدأ من بلدة حصرون وتنتهي في غابة ارز بشري.

لمن يريد الدخول الى غابة ارز بشري، يجب دفع 5,000 ليرة رسم دخول الى الغابة.
