A special camp will take us to one of the most beautiful areas in Lebanon with the Footprints Nature Club on Saturday and Sunday 01 & 02 August 2015. The camp is special because it will include different amazing outdoors activities. The event is:
Camping in Ehden Mountain Activities Club
The camping location is in Ehden Region at an altitude of 2000 meters. So although the weather in Beirut is hot, but at 2000 meters it is always cool. At night it might turn out very cold. So make sure to get all the needed gear described in the details of the event.
The location is prepared with electricity, water and toilets. So no need to bother about these issues like you do in the wild camping trips.
That is not all. As we said, the club is named Ehden Mountain Activities Club. It is named so because it is equipped with the best outdoors activities. It has the longest Tyrolienne (or zip-line), the highest ropes bridge (Monkey Bridge), one of the best Rappelling and Mountain Climbing tracks, and one of the best Paragliding experience.
Saturday night, there will be almost a full moon lighting the dark night of the region. We will benefit from this to enjoy a moonlight walk in the area nearby.
On Sunday, we will spend the day enjoying the activities of the region before moving to Beirut at 3:00 PM.
The tents of the Club are equipped with mattresses and covers (لحافات). In all cases, you can get your own tent and sleeping bag if you feel more comfortable.
You have to get your own food for the dinner and breakfast.
Note that alcoholic drinks are strictly not allowed in the camp.
The packages available are the following (The activities include: Tyrolienne, Monkey Bridge, Rappel, and Mountain Climbing):

Camping only: with this option, you can pay for the activities that you want to do extra when you decide in the Club. The fees are 55$, and each activity will cost 10$.

Camping with one activity: The fees are 60$. Each extra activity will cost 10$.

Camping with two activities: The fees are 65$. Each extra activity will cost 10$.
Note: For Paragliding, you have to pay it separate in the Club, it will depend if the weather is good for it.

Reservations should be done as soon as possible as the places are limited. Payments will have to be done before Saturday.
